Tryban Studios is slated to be the premier state-of-the-art production studios and soundstages in the Midwest. With up to 9 stages, LED walls, production offices, support offices, and post production spaces on-site, Tryban Studios offers the best end-to-end experience for projects of all sizes. We will be the largest studio built in the city of Chicago in the last 9 years. The 7.08-acre property will contain approximately 65,508 square feet of studio space and 18,500 square feet of high- end production and post-production office space. Not only will the studio will be designed by a designer of multiple soundstage studios, but will feature elements not found in any other studios. Lighting installations will be superior compared to the industry standard where a crew is necessary to pull and change lighting cables to the ceiling. Retractable doors will be installed between studios rather than concrete walls. In addition, the Property features elevators, high ceilings and movable walls to suit each user’s specific space needs. Tryban Studios’ has 300 parking spaces, which is extremely attractive compared to other studios in Chicago.
